The Excell Turbo 208 is a precision fine-screen cleaning machine designed for high-capacity processing of pulses, seeds, and similar agricultural products. Its advanced double suction system engages before material reaches the screening deck, significantly enhancing overall separation and cleaning efficiency.
Unlike conventional machines with single-pass air and gravity systems, the Excell Turbo Series incorporates dual air suction and dual gravity separation processes—ensuring cleaner results in one continuous flow.
Both undersize and oversize fractions are treated simultaneously via dedicated air-cleaning channels, minimizing dust and maximizing throughput quality. Airflow is fully adjustable through electric linear actuators managed by a PLC-based control panel, allowing for precise tuning based on the characteristics of each product.
