VIBRO SEPARATOR Efficient Pre‑Cleaning for Agricultural Products
The Vibro Separator is engineered to remove dust, straw, husks, and other unwanted particles from agricultural materials with exceptional efficiency. Purpose‑built as a dedicated pre‑cleaning unit, it delivers reliable performance when installed on a stable, fixed surface.
How It Works Inside the machine are two precision‑mounted sieves. The upper sieve captures larger impurities, while the lower sieve targets finer particles, including powder that falls through the first layer. Both sieves operate with a controlled vibration system, ensuring a thorough separation process and consistent product quality.
With adjustable screen angles and a finely tuned motor inclination, the Vibro Separator achieves the high capacities demanded by modern grain and seed processing operations.
Available Models To match different throughput needs, the Vibro Separator is offered in two standard widths: 100 cm and 150 cm.
